Conrad Black to be released on bail, as expected. Otherwise, there's much guessing about what's next. The U-K Press Association story says he's all set to return to the Hosue of Lords. Postmedia has a story quoting a law expert as saying Black will not be permitted to cross internatonal borders by terms of his bail. That would rule out a trip back to Toronto or Montreal regardless of what the Canadian government has to say. BBC and others
