Newsreader app Pulse is expanding beyond the confines of mobile apps and bringing an HTML5 version of its service to the Web.
News junkies can now peruse the latest stories from their favorites
magazines, newspapers, and blogs on their PCs, not just their mobile
devices via
pulse.me.
Akshay Kothari and Ankit Gupta launched Pulse two years ago on the
iPad as a business class project at Stanford University. By June 2010,
Steve Jobs was singing Pulse's praises during the
introduction of the iPhone 4, and it has since expanded to the iPhone, Android devices, and the Kindle.
