Bill MacDougal, a 35-year veteran of The Canadian Press, has died at age 76. Following his retirement, he worked with the Election Consortium, a group that co-ordinates election coverage. Bill was the son of the late Fraser MacDougall, who was also a long-serving CP staffer, specializing in election coverage.
